Privacy Policy

• Your email address, so we can send your download link and receipt.
• Order details — which products you bought, the amount, and the date.
• Basic, anonymous site analytics — page views and general traffic patterns, used only to see which pages are useful.

We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects and processes your card details directly under its own privacy policy. Stripe may also collect billing address and location information where required for tax and fraud prevention.

• To deliver the files you purchased and to reissue links if needed.
• To send order receipts and respond to support requests.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and any optional email updates include an unsubscribe link in every message.

We use a small number of providers to run the shop: Stripe for payments, a hosting and database provider to store orders and download tokens, and an email service to deliver receipts and download links. Each processes your information only to perform that service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Download tokens expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your email address from our records at any time once your order is complete.

Our products are made for children, but the shop is intended for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@twosisterslegacy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep your cart and your session working, plus anonymous page-view counts. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
