Two Sisters Legacy is run by a small family team, so your message reaches a real person. We answer most emails within two business days.
Email us
To help us fix things quickly, please include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product.
Common requests
- My download link expired or never arrived. Email us and we will send a fresh link the same day. Check your spam folder first.
- I bought the wrong unit. If you have not downloaded it yet, we will swap it or refund it — see the refund policy.
- Pages print the wrong size. Set your printer to 100% or "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page". If that doesn't fix it, send us a photo.
- I'm not sure which unit to start with. See Where Should My Learner Begin? or describe your learner and we'll suggest a starting point.
Schools, co-ops and tutoring centres
Each purchase covers one household or one individual educator. If you need copies for several teachers or a whole school, email us and we will arrange multi-user licensing.
Elsewhere
